Every  reservation with Peruvian Colca Trail must be accompanied by an advance of 5 0% of the total amount of benefits of tourism service and 45 days before the date of service, regardless of the date of deposit at the point of origin.

CONFIRMATION

The passenger (s) must reconfirm 15 days before the start of the tour or his arrival Otherwise, it  will be  considered resigning, or abandonment of the tour / tourist service.

CANCELLATION:

If you must cancel your trip for any reason, the amount sent in advance will be reimbursed by subtracting certain costs that are held as follows:

If the cancellation occurs:

1)  More than 30 days before departure: the entire amount received will be refunded.

2)  From 30 to 15 days before departure: Only 50% of the advance will be forwarded to your account.

3)  Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the advance will be retained  for  NO SHOW.

LITIGATION:

In case of disagreement, it will be an amicable settlement previously proposed. If this is not a complete success, Peruvian COLCA TRAIL, a company formed on the basis of Peruvian law, is subject to Peruvian laws.  The Peruvian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the case of estates trial.

INSURANCE:

Peruvian Colca Trail does not provide or include travel insurance or policy against accidents or loss, etc. in   the cost of the expedition. We may provide logistical support and help, and we recommend you take out insurance in your  country.  However, our staff and guides are ready to advise you and answer some questions in advance or questions about the expeditions.

The Peruvian territory is a country with reliefs varied in size, ranging from sea level to 4900 meters as an area of road traffic.

We insist that those customers  with a clinical history of health problems, should consult their doctor before participating in these trips.

It is compulsory subscription of the insurance assistance and repatriation. (If you have paid your air ticket with Visa card, is already assured in this regard - we suggest you read about them).  If you want to subscribe through  Peruvian COLCA TRAIL an  insurance for you, please consult at least two weeks before the start of benefits.  In the event that you don´t  want to subscribe to any insurance, they must necessarily prevent a Peruvian COLCA TRAIL and must sign a disclaimer on our part.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Peruvian COLCA TRAIL assumes no liability or responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, accident, social and political disturbances, natural phenomena or something beyond our control. Can be made reasonable changes to the route where it is advisable undertaken for the safety and welfare of passengers.

Peruvian COLCA TRAIL will have not responsibility when some customer don´t adhere to rules and formalities of the local police, customs and health at all times of travel.  Peruvian COLCA TRAIL is not responsible for delays or the inability of participants to present their papers in order. L The costs incurred will be borne by the customer. Travel is interrupted or reduced for any reason by the participant shall not create any kind of redemption.

RISKS:

Each participant must be aware that due to the type of travel we  arranged, there may be some risk due to the shortage of medical centers, the state of the roads, the adventure of one of our tours (such as in high mountain hiking, expeditions in all-terrain vehicles).  The customer assumes the knowledge of the facts and agree not to carry or claims responsibility for accidents caused, against Peruvian COLCA TRAIL, or guides and / or individual borrowers.
If circumstances imposed and in particular to ensure the security of the whole group, but also for climatic reasons or unforeseen events, Peruvian COLCA TRAIL reserves the right directly or through their companions to replace  the transportation, accommodation ,  the route on the other hand, as well as the dates or times of departure, without participants seeking some kind of compensation.
Each participant must abide by the rules of prudence and follow the advice given by the companion. Peruvian COLCA TRAIL is not responsible for accidents due to the negligence of any individual group members.

Peruvian COLCA TRAIL reserves the right to expel any time in a person or persons of the  group whose behavior is considered risky to the safety or welfare of the rest of the passengers. No amount of compensation will be taken into consideration.

The baggage is the responsibility of customers throughout the journey. Do not trust the care of your luggage to your traveling companions , because they can not physically take care of that responsibility.

AIR TRANSPORT:

 If your trip is modified due to a disruption of air traffic, we are not responsible in any way.  The costs arising shall be borne by each passenger.

CASES OF EXTERNAL SITUATIONS

If external situations disrupt the normal functioning of the country (e.g. political and / or social ...), Peruvian COLCA TRAIL reserves the right to cancel a trip or change their content. In the event of cancellation, will be retained for the advancement of prepaid services already booked. If there are changes to the route, a new budget will be established.
